1-2 eggs
Milk
Salt
Flour
Oil for deep frying

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and add a little milk to the beaten egg. Salt steak. Dip in flour, then in milk and egg mixture, then in flour again. Deep fat fry until brown and crisp.
