1 3-oz. raspberry jell-o
1 3-oz. lemon jell-o
2 c. boiling water
1 10 oz. raspberries
2 c. cranberry/orange relish:
1 pkg. fresh cranberries, ground
2-3 apples, chopped
1 orange (sectioned and cut up)
1 stalk celery, chopped
pomegranate seeds (from 2 pomegranates)
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. lemon/lime pop or 7-Up.

Dissolve jell-o in the boiling water. Stir in raspberries. In separate bowl, make relish with cranberries, apples, orange, celery, pomegranate seeds and 1/2 to 3/4 c sugar. Add 2 c of relish to the jello mixture. Chill until cold, but not set. Carefully pour in pop and stir gently. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Chill until firm. Note - Relish recipe will make about 6 cups of relish.
