1 bunch carrots
1 tsp. chicken seasoned stock base
1 tsp. Bon Appetit
1 tsp. sugar
3/4 cup water
4 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
parsley flakes

Clean carrots and cut into rounds. Put in skillet with seasoned stock base, Bon Appetit, sugar, water and 1 T of the butter. Cover; cook 12 minutes; drain. Add the remaining butter, lemon juice, honey, ginger and nutmeg to carrots. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes, tossing frequently to thoroughly glaze carrots, sprinkle with parsley flakes just before serving.
