1 lb. Ground Chuck
1-2 drops Worcestershire Sauce
cupped hand of Celery Flakes
good tsp Parsley Flakes
½ tsp Oregano
3 Rosemary Leaves
dashes Lemon or Red Pepper
Chili Powder
Salt
Onion, finely chopped
½ can Tomato Juice
1 can Red Beans


Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground chuck with all spices in large
Pan.
Add tomato juice and beans.
Simmer until well heated.
