¼ c Oleo
½ c Onions, chopped
2 qt. Bread Cubes
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Chopped Parsley
¼ tsp Pepper
1 tsp Sage
1 Eggs, beaten

larger version
1 1/8 c Oleo
¾ c Onions, chopped
4 qt Bread Cubes
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Chopped Parsley
¼ tsp Pepper
1 tsp Sage
2 Eggs, beaten


Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in order given; mix well.
Do Not over mix, as this tends to compact the
mixture, making it “tough and heavy”.
Bake in baking dish at 325° for 30 min.
