8" crust
1 cup+2 Tblspns flour
1/3 cup shortening
1/4 tspn salt
3 Tblspns COLD water

(2) 8" crusts
2 cups flour
2/3 cup shortening
1/2 tspn salt
1/3 cup COLD water

9" crust
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 shortening
1/4 tspn salt
4-5 Tblspns COLD water

(2) 9" crusts
2 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup shortening
1/2 tspn salt
6-7 Tblspns COLD water


Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry stuff, fork in the shortening and add the water...mix
Dust a board with flour and place the dough on it, sprinkle the dough with flour and roll out
To cut a crust, use a fork sliding around the edge of the pan
To glue a cover onto the bottom pie crust, use butter
