2 lbs. hash brown cut potatoes
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1 tspn salt
1/2 tspn pepper
1/2 cup fine chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup 2 cups Colby cheese, grated

Directions:

Oven at 350...grease 9 x 13 pan

Combine....soup + margarine + salt + pepper + onions and cheese

Gently mix in hash browns and pour into dish

Bake 35 mins
