2 Cups corn
2 Tbspn flour
2 eggs, separated
1/2 tspn salt
1/4 tspn pepper
Directions:
Directions:
beat egg yolks
mix in flour and seasoning
add to corn
beat whites till stiff
blend easily into corn
drop by spoonsfull onto hot, buttered pan
keep turning till done
sometimes a little powdered sugar sprinkled on them is good
