Add spiced browned ground chuck (salt, pepper, onion, pinch of Rosemary, chili powder, garlic and just enough corn meal to coat the beef.


6 juicy ears of corn
a lump of butter the size of a small egg
salt and pepper
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:

Take 6 juicy ears of corn and shave it off the cob; heat a lump of butter the size of a small egg; when hot put the corn in and fry not too hard; when done, add salt and pepper, break 3 eggs over the corn, and scramble.

This years sweet corn can't be matched here in Central Illinois, it might have been as good.....but not better. If you never had it, if you hurry, I'll send you some in dry ice for the cost.....it is going for $3.00 for 10 at the charity places
Hey........boil a big red tater and have some real sweet iced tea with it.............and my special Jack Daniels apple pie/a-mode...............I'm thinkin marketing here.....where is that kinda restaurant?????
