1/2 cup veg oil (Utan)
1 chopped onion (Sibuyas)
1/2 tablspn chopped fresh ginger (Ahos)
1 whole cut chicken (Manok)
1 10 oz can tomato sauce (Kamates)
1/2 cup soy sauce (Tuyo)
1/4 cup oyster sauce (beats me)
2 tspn garlic salt (Luy a)
1 10 oz can drained baby peas (who knows)
1 red bell pepper cut into strips (Sili)
4 med potatoes peeled and cubed (Patatas)
1 good pinch black pepper (ask someone else)


Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet (Kalaha)

Cook onion and ginger until brown (3 mins) (Lutoon ang sibuyas ug ahos hantod nga mapula sulod sa tulo ka minuto)

Lay chicken in pan skin down, fry until gold turning once (10 mins)

In a bowl whisk together:
Tomato sauce
Soy sauce
Oyster sauce
Garlic salt
Pour this mix over the chicken

Fold in the....Pepper & Potatoes

Simmer 20-30 mins....until chicken is cooked through

Sprinkle the pepper over the Afritada

Eat
