8 oz. Cream Cheese - 8 ounces Crab (Fresh or drained and flaked) - 1 Red Onion, chopped (or baby green onion, chopped along with the greens) - 1/2 tspn Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tspn Soy Sauce - 1 Garlic clove - fresh ground pepper - Wanton Wrappers

Combine the Crab and Cream Cheese, add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

Place about 1 tspn on wrapper and fold.

Heat oil in wok 360-375 degrees F

Deep fry and drain
