2 Chicken breasts
1 carrot
1 med onion
Snow peas in pod, quartered
2 cups Tonner rice (or your kind)
Chinese 5 spices*, maybe 2 pinches
fresh ground pepper
1 chicken boullion cube
soy sauce based seasoning
1/2 cup milk

In a pot, enough water to cover your breasts - add these...
1/2 of the onion diced the other 1/2 large cut
pinch of Rosemary
salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Cover and boil till breast starts to separate from bone
cut the ends off the carrot, cut in half....dice 1/2 and slice half to the size of a pencil and put in bowl with a Tblspn of butter and enough water to cover and zap 2 mins to soften
when the chicken is done...remove the bones and chunk it, put back in and add the carrot and peas
let it boil again
add the rice and 5 spices and soy sauce, cook for a brief time...turn off the heat, add the milk, keep covered till rice is done

Really masarap (delicious)!! This recipe will feed 4 - do the math for more folks.
Serve with Sweet n Sour Sauce or just dribble ur favorite soy sauce spice on it
*5 spices is Chinese mix, good egg rolls or anything you will, tempura is great cooked with a small amount. It is equal parts......
