2/3 cup Bisquick (or my mix)
1/2 cup Parmesian cheese, grated
1/2 tspn garlic salt
1/2 tspn paprika
3 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves cut into 1/2" strips
1 egg, slightly beaten
3 Tblspns butter, melted

Oven at 459

Line cookie sheet with foil lightly grease/spray

Mix Bisquick, cheese, salt, paprika in 1 gallon zip loc bag

Dip 1/2 the chicken strips in the egg and place in the bag with the mix, shake and place strips on sheet....same to the other 1/2...drizzle the butter over the strips

Bake 12-14 mins, turning after 6 mins
