Description:
State Fair, big ole crisp sugary cookies, right after those Corn or Coney Dogs and some vinegar French fries with a Lemon Shake-Up.

Ingredients:
Pre-heat to 375F
1 Pkg yeast in 1/4C warm water
Whip up 1C Butter
add 2C Flour slowly
add yeast mixture
Add another 1/4C warm Water

Directions:
Directions:
Set in freezer until firm all the way through
cover waxed paper w/Sugar
Ball up Ping-Pong sized balls over Sugar
flip over and press into Sugar until 5/16" thick
place on ungreased pan
bake 10 mins (until gold)
Edges should be Brown

At this point, do what you want.........I eat em
