4 1/2 C Flour
2 1/2 T baking powder
1/2 C + 1 T instant powdered milk
2 t salt
1/2 C + 5 T shortening

Makes 6 1/2 cups, Dude and I use this for biscuits, pancakes, coffee cake and any other bisquick recipes - we keep it in a ziplock bag in an old bisquick box w/ the recipes on the back.

Mix dry ingredients w/ whisk
Cut in shortening w/ fork until blended
