1 fish filet per person(salmon, sea bass or sword 1 1/2" thick)
per filet mix together;
2 thinly slices of tomato
t tsp capers
1 tsp minced parsley
1/2 clove garlic minced
1 T olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place the fish filet on a sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil. Cover with ingredients in order listed and ending with the oil. Fold the foil to enclose the fish tightly. Place pockets on a sheet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes in a preheated 400º oven.
Serve with accumulated juices.
