4-8 C. (approximately) Fresh Fruit, washed, dried, peeled, sliced,... (peaches, apples, rhubarb,cherries or berries would all work well)

1 C all-purpose flour
1 C brown sugar, packed
1/2 C butter, softened
1/2 tsp salt if using unsalted butter
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare fruit, adding small amount of sugar if tart.
Place in buttered 8X11 or 9x13" baking dish.
Sprinkle with lemon juice.

Work remaining ingredients with a pastry blender or knife.
Spread or crumble over fruit.

Bake @ 375 degrees for about 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
