4 large pkg cream cheese
1 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
5 egg whites
2 c sour cream
4 T sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla

Graham cracker crumbs
2 T softened butter

Preheat oven to 375
Cream together cream cheese in mixer until creamy. Beat until soft peaks egg whites and then slowly add the sugar beating until stiff peaks. Combine with cream cheese and stiff in the vanilla. Butter the bottom of a springform pan and sprinkle generously with graham cracker crumbs.
Pour cream cheese mixture over crumbs.
Bake for 25 minutes
Prepare topping by mixing all ingredients together until smooth.
After cheesecake has been in the oven for 25 minutes, pour topping over the top and raise oven temperature to 475. Bake for 5 minutes longer. Remove from oven and and cool completely. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours before serving.
