1 med. onion chopped
1 lb. ground beef
salt and pepper to taste
2 1/2 C. cooked beans
1 10 1/2 oz. can of tomato soup

Mashed Potatoes
5 med. potatoes cooked
1/2 C. warm milk
1 beaten egg
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Cook onion in hot fat until golden. Add meat and seasonings and brown. Drain the meat. Add drained beans and soup. Pour in greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish. Make mashed potatoes and spoon over meat. Bake at 30 minutes at 350º.
