3 cups self rising flour
3 Tbsp sugar
12 oz. can warm beer
Optional: Before baking add sesame seeds or flax or caraway seeds.

Serves: 6-8
Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Hints: After 45 minutes pull pan from oven. Tap the top, if the bread sounds hollow it is done. Top with 1/4 cup of butter while hot.
