2 ½ cups baking mix
½ cup milk
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons butter melted
1 quart strawberries, cut in half and sweetened
Whipped topping
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the strawberries and whipped topping until soft dough forms
Spread in ungreased 8x8x2 inch square pan or 8x1 ½ inch round pan
Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
Cool 10 minutes
Cut into serving pieces
Split each piece horizontally
Fill and top each serving with strawberries
Top with whipped topping
