1 deep-dish pie crust (baked)
1-cup sugar
2 heaping tablespoons cornstarch
1-cup cold water
4 tablespoons strawberry gelatin
2 cups sliced strawberries
Directions:
Directions:
Mix and cook sugar, cornstarch and water on medium heat until mixture thickens
Remove from heat
Add 4 tablespoons strawberry gelatin
Stir to dissolve and let cool
Then add 2 cups sliced strawberries
Pour into baked crust and chill for at least 4 hours
