8 ounces cream cheese
??granulated sugar and oil flavoring
2 pounds powdered sugar
paste or powdered food coloring
Mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar together
Knead with hands until it resembles pie dough
Flavor and color at this time by hand


Directions:
Directions:
Roll into small balls and roll in granulated sugar (this keeps them from sticking to the molds)
Press into desired mold and pop out immediately
Makes about 150 mints
Can be eaten immediately or if stored in covered container
Will keep indefinitely in the refrigerator
Can be colored by using powdered food coloring as the liquid colors make the mints to sticky

Note: this is certainly a nice party mint that can be made in the rubber molds.
Some suggested molds for this mint at bite sized hearts, roses, leaf, small daisy, baby bootie, bunnies, Santa Claus, and pumpkins
