3/4 cup chopped onions
2 teaspoons cooking oil
6 cups water
6 cubes chicken bouillon
4 cups fine noodles, vermicelli
pepper to taste
2 10-oz. pkgs. frozen broccoli
6 cups milk
4 cups cheese, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
In soup pot, saute onion in cooking oil. Add water and bouillon cubes. Stir until dissolved. Add noodles, bring to boil and cook 4 minutes. Stir in salt and pepper and broccoli. Bring to a boil for 3 minutes. Add milk and cheese, simmer till cheese melts.

This makes a large amount so if it is for a family meal with no left overs, cut in half.
