5 medium sweet potatoes
1 stick butter
2 cups brown sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Boil sweet potatoes until tender. Remove skin and cut up into small pieces. Place sweet potato pieces into baking dish. Melt butter in saucepan add brown sugar stirring over heat until sugar crystals are dissolved add vanilla. Pour over sweet potatoes. Bake in oven at 350º for about 1 hour. Remove from oven and top with marshmallows Return to oven and turn oven on to broil. Brown the marshmallows and serve.
