3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup soft shortening
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
pinch salt
1 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen

1 cup sugar
2/3 cup flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup soft butter

Mix sugar, shortening, and egg. Stir in milk and sifted dry ingredients alternately. Put batter in greased cake pan 9x13" and sprinkle blueberries over top. (Pat down).
Mix topping: sugar, flour, cinnamon, and butter. Sprinkle on batter. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
