1 store bought bag of plain “bite size” meatballs – 24
¾ t of salt
¼ t of pepper
½ t of garlic powder
1 level T of Soy Sauce
3 cups of beef broth
1 full cup of sour cream
1 small container of fresh Portabella mushrooms tops (washed and sliced, not chopped).
1 bag of egg noodles

Directions:

Cook meatballs according to package directions.
I always add a bit of water to bottom of pan to improve cooking time.
When meatballs are done, drain off all fat.
Add Portabella mushrooms and cook on low heat until tender.
Add all remaining ingredients and blend well on low heat.
Cook egg noodles according to package directions – drain.
Cook your meatballs until mixture is slightly thickened.
Spoon meatballs mixture over individual portions of egg noodles!

Papa’s recipe is a tasty, quick and easy meal! From freezer to table in less than 1 hour.
You can play around with the beef broth and sour cream portions according to how much more liquid you want on your noodles. I like a lot – so I add a little more broth and sour cream. Papa served it without the egg noodles, in small portions – as an appetizer! It was delicious!!!!
