Rocky Road Brownies Recipe

1 cup butter flavored crisco
3/4 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup walnuts
40 large marshmallows

2 cups powdered sugar
1//2 cup cocoa
3 tbs. butter flavored crisco
1/8 tsp. salt
hot water

Combine crisco and cocoa in sauce pan over medium heat until well melted. Add in sugar and mix.
Beat eggs well; add flour, salt,and chocolate mixture (slightly cooled), and nuts.

Bake 350 for 30-35 minutes in 13x9 pan.
Meanwhile, cut marshmallows in half crosswise. Immediately upon removing the brownies, place marshmallows cut side down on top.Cover lightly with a towel for 10-15 minutes or until melted.
Mix all frosting ingredients together with mixer and frost cooled brownies.
