1 lb of red beans
1 onion
bell pepper(if desired)
garlic
bacon
link sausage
woshire sauce
1 T of sugar
1 tsp cumin
salt pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1st wash beans. Put beans in a pot covered with water.Bring beans to boil. Then drain all water off. Add cover beans with fresh water. Add your sugar and cook about 15 minutes. In frying pan, fry about 4 pieces bacon and then add your onion,bell pepper, and garlic and saute about 5 or 10 min. Add to beans. Add everything else except sausage. I always fry my sausage for a few minutes before adding it to beans. You can add this with the rest of the ingredients. Then cook about 1 hour on med low. cook your rice
