1/2 cup honey
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 keylime juice
1/4 cup white or yellow onion
1 cup canola oil
Salad Greens:
1/2 pound of your favorite mixed salad greens, 1/3 cup carrots, shredded or julienne

Directions:
Directions:
Place all dressing ingredients in a blender except the canola oil. Blend until fully incorporated. Slowly add the oil and blend until emulsified. Toss greens and carrots together in a bowl. Now add dressing and lightly toss until greens are fully coated. Serve immediately.

This recipe came to Greg and I while dining at the Disney's Polynesian Resort Restaurant called 'Ohanas. I begged for this recipe and they were nice enough to indulge me.
