2 cups baking mix ( Bisquick)
1 cup milk
2 T oil
2 eggs
1/3 cup toffee chips, chocolate covered
1 T grated orange peel

Directions:
Heat griddle or skillet and grease if necessary. Beat baking mix, milk, oil and eggs with wire wisk until blended. Fold in toffee chips and orange peel. Poor batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle. Cook until edges are dry. Turn and cook until golden brown.
