2 cans Pillsbury biscuits
15 oz. apple pie filling
1 tbsp. cinnamon
powder sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Pour apple pie filling and cinnamon into small bowl. Chop with vegetable chopper until apples are a coarse texture. Open one can of biscuits and roll each biscuit into 4" to 5" diameter. Use a vegetable brush to dampen the outer edge of each biscuit with water. Spoon one tablespoon of apple mixture in middle of biscuit. Fold biscuit over and seal with fingers. Use fork and press outer edge to seal further. Fry in vegetable oil at 350º. Turn when apple jack is golden brown. Drain cooked apple jack on paper towel and sprinkle with powder sugar. Repeat for second can of biscuits. Yields 20 apple jacks.
