3 pounds chicken
garlic salt
1 cup water
1 tsp ground ginger
3 tbsp cider vinegar
3 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp white sugar
6 chicken bouillon cubes
1/3 cup light soy sauce
2 tbsp corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt. Place in slow cooker or roasting pan. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Slow cook or bake until chicken is done. Serve chicken with rice or noodles with extra sauce on top if desired.

For freezer meal, place raw chicken in freezer bag. Mix rest of ingredients together and pour over chicken. Seal and freeze.

To prepare frozen, cut bag, dump frozen contents into a slow cooker, and cook on low all day until chicken is done.
