1 yellow cake mix

Topping:
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 cup milk per pkg. of pudding
1 - 8 oz. cool whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (drained)
shredded coconut
maraschino cherries

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake as per box instructions. Pour into cookie sheet pan. Bake

Frosting: Cream together pudding, cream cheese. Fold in Cool Whip and spread on top of cooled cake. Sprinkle drained, crushed pineapple over frosting. Sprinkle with shredded coconut. Cut maraschino cherries in half and place on top of coconut. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
