EGG WASH
1. 2 whole eggs
2. 1/2 cup buttermilk

BREADING
1. 1 cup white cornmeal
2. 1/4 cup yellow cornmeal
3. 1/4 cup all purpose flour
4. 1 tbsp. salt
5. 1/2 tsp. pepper
6. Pinch cayenne pepper

MEMPHIS DRESSING
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
2 cups mayonnaise
2 oz. chili sauce
2 pepperoncini, diced
1/2 tsp. pepperoncini juice
Pinch of white pepper
1 tbsp. capers, chopped
1 tbsp. feta cheese, crumbled

FRIED GREEN TOMATOES
3 slices green tomatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick

FOR EGG WASH: whisk eggs and milk together
FOR BREADING: Mix all ingredients together
FOR FRIED GREEN TOMATOES: Dip green tomato slices into egg wash and dredge in breading. Deep fry tomatoes in hot oil until crispy and brown--about 3-4 minutes. Remove from oil and let drain on paper towels.
FOR MEMPHIS DRESSING: Whisk together all ingredients except feta cheese, and chill for 1 hour.
Place fried green tomatoes on plate with Memphis Dressing. Garnish with feta cheese.
