Personal Notes:
This pie is fast and easy and is delicious warm, at room temperature, or chilled! I got the recipe from the Birmingham News in an article about a lady from B'ham who moved out to Los Angeles, CA. She started making different kinds of pies and now sells them to celebrities for $30 each or more. She has sold them to Melissa Etheridge, Sheryl Crow, Steven Speilberg.
