1/2 sq butter
1/2 c sugar
1 egg
1/2 c drained crushed pineapple
1/2 c chopped or crushed nuts
1/2 pt whipped cream, sweetened
coconut
vanilla wagers

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter & sugar; add egg yolk & cream until fluffy.
Add pineapple and nuts.
Beat white of 1 egg and fold into mixture.
Use 3 or 4 vanilla wafers. Put filling in between each. Let stand overnight.
Frost with whipped cream, and sprinkle with coconut.
