1 lg. pkg cream cheese
1 jar Old English cheese spread
1 jar Roka Bleu cheese spread
1/2 T onion juice
1/2 T garlic juice

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cheeses and mix with wooden spoon. Mix in onion and garlic juices. Chill well. Moisten hands with water and mold into ball. Roll in parsley flakes and finely chopped nuts.

The jars of cheese spread are hard to find. I use a 4-oz pkg. of bleu cheese and a tube (soft) of sharp cheddar to substitute. (Editor)
