vegetable cooking spray
7 cups coarsely shredded cabbage
1 1/2 cups sliced tomatoes
1/2 cup sliced onion
1/2 cup green pepper strips
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. reduced sodium margarine
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Coat a large Dutch oven with cooking spray. Add cabbage and all other ingredients. Cover, reduce heat and cook for 20 minutes or until cabbage is crisp tender, stirring occasionally.
