1 egg white
½ c. packed brown sugar
2 T. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 T. vanilla extract
1 lb. walnut, almonds and pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. Beat egg white till foamy. Stir in brown sugar, cinnamon, cloves and ginger. Add nuts and stir to coat thoroughly. Spread onto baking sheets. Bake for 30 minutes or until well-toasted. Stir occasionally. Cool completely before placing into airtight container.
