1 box Angel Food cake mix
2 large boxes instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. sweet cream sherry (optional)
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1 can mandarin oranges, drained (optional)
Bananas, sliced
Grapes
Kiwi fruit, sliced
Other fruits, as desired
1 1/2 c. whipped cream (optional - mix with a little vanilla and sugar)
Sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare Angel Food cake as directed on box. Pick apart into small chunks and line bottom of trifle container with the cake. Prepare pudding as directed, except cut milk in half and substitute equal amount of sour cream. Pour sherry over cake. Put fruit in layers on top of cake, except for kiwi. Spoon pudding mixture over cake. Spoon whipped cream on top. Top with toasted almond slices, if desired. Slice kiwi into thin slices and place on top.
