1 cup milk
1 egg
3/4 tsp salt
3 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp butter
3 1/4 cup flour
3/4 tsp yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in bread maker and select dough cycle. When cycle complete, put dough on counter, cover and let rest for 10 minutes. Divide into 10 pieces. Gently stretch into 8x6" fairly thin ovals. Deep fry 30-45 seconds in hot oil. Turn once. Place on paper towels to drain oil. Top with white sugar and cinnamon or powdered sugar.
