5 eggs
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 cup undrained crushed pineapple
2 tsp grated lemon rind
1/2 cup red cherries
1 cup blanched almonds
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup fine coconut
1 cup soft butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 lb light raisins (opt)
2 cups gumdrops
1/2 cup green cherries
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt

Cream first five ingredients. Mix in rest of ingredients. Put in parchment lined loaf pans. Bake at 325 for first 1/2 hour and 275 for rest until top is lightly browned and cracks are dry. May replace cherries with more gumdrops and raisins with dried cranberries.
