2 Tbsp rapid rise yeast
7-8 cups flour
2 eggs
1/2 cups sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 cups water
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast and 3 cups of flour. In a separate large bowl, whip eggs, sugar, oil and water. Add flour-yeast mixture. Blend well. Add remaining flour (enough to make a workable dough) and salt. Let rise for 15 minutes. Punch down and form into buns. Put buns in a greased pan, cover and let rise for 1 hour in a warm place. Bake in 350º oven for 15-18 minutes. Makes 4 dozen buns.
