1-1 ½ lbs. ground beef
½ cup bread crumbs
½ cup saltine crackers
1 small can of evaporated milk
1 ½ teaspoon horseradish
1 teaspoon mustard
1 egg
2 teaspoons Worchester sauce
1 teaspoon parsley
1 tablespoon onion flakes
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1-2 jalapeños, seeded and chopped (optional)

Mix all ingredients, except meat, together. Add meat and mix well. Fill baking dish ½ full with mixture, then add American Cheese across the top. Fill the remainder of baking dish with meat loaf mixture. Pour ketchup over entire meatloaf. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
