2 cups eggs noodles, cooked
2 cups Minute Rice, cooked
2 large onions, chopped
6 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 green pepper, finely chopped
2 lbs ground beef
salt and pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans tomato soup (or 1 can tomato soup and 1 can ketchup)
1 can water

Directions:
Prepare egg noodles and Minute Rice as directed on package. Brown ground beef, onions, celery and green pepper in pan. Combine soups and water. Stir all ingredients together. Place in casserole dish and bake for 1 hour at 325º. Serves 10-12 people.
