1 1/2 cups yellow corn meal
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 can cream corn
2 eggs
2 tablespoons chopped bell pepper
2 large jalapeño peppers, chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups grated cheese
2/3 cups Wesson oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Add corn, eggs, peppers, sour cream, oil and mix well. Pour half in a well greased 8 x 8 pan. Add half the cheese pour rest of batter and finish with cheese.

Bake 45 minutes at 350º.
