16 slices of bread
8 slices of ham
8 slices of cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 cup minced onion
1/4 cup green peppers (opt)
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup melted margarine
corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Grease pan. Layer bread, ham, cheese, bread. In a bowl, mix eggs, salt, pepper, mustard, onions, peppers, Worcestershire sauce and milk. Pour over bread. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight or for 8 hours. In the morning pour melted margarine over bread. Cover with crushed corn flakes. Bake uncovered at 350º for 45 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
