1 pkg (1 Tbsp) fast rising yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 cup warm water
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water with 1/2 tsp sugar. Stir in remaining ingredients, beat vigorously 20 strokes. Let rest about 5 minutes. Can use this to make a pizza or just make the crusts of a large pizza or a bunch of mini pizzas. Bake crusts 10 minutes, or until golden. Cool, wrap and toss in the freezer. Take out any time, and cover with favorite toppings.
