1 bag coleslaw mix
2-3 stalks celery, chopped small
2 green onions, chopped
3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley


Dressing

1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/3-1/2 cup sweetener (Splenda)
1/2 tsp. or so garlic salt
1/4 tsp. or so celery salt

Dressing best made several hours ahead and refrigerated until just before serving. Mix coleslaw mix, celery, onions, and parsley in large bowl. Add dressing and stir to coat well.
